Amanda Harmon

Amanda Harmon is an experienced professional in leadership development and experiential learning, currently on a leave of absence from WDHB since June 2015 to care for an elderly family member. Amanda has held multiple roles at WDHB including Client Solutions Partner, Head of Leadership Development, and Integration Leader, contributing to leadership programs and the successful integration of organizations post-acquisition. Prior to WDHB, Amanda served as a General Manager and Marketing Director for Experience to Lead, and held positions at The Conference Board, providing leadership and experiential programs. Amanda's educational background includes an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor of Music from The Catholic University of America. Additionally, Amanda has served as an advisory board member for Storyboard Films and the Blind Institute of Technology, along with consultancy roles in business and training sectors.
