Sandra Bednarz

Sandra Bednarz is the current Head of Quality & Technology at WDHB. Prior to this, they were with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. from April 2013 to November 2016, where they served as Cruise Program Administrator. In this role, they managed all services for onboard weddings, including venue choice, scheduling, client meetings, transportation, entertainment, photography, specialty restaurants, housekeeping, shore excursions, f&b, florist, guest services, maintenance, marine, security, concierge, etc. Sandra also handled all office logistics for Cruise Division (9 departments with 100+ crewmembers), including but not limited to safety procedures, contract scheduling, inventory, ordering, budget, berthing, crew travel, visas and medical. Sandra served as first contact and liaison between all other divisions for activities, events or entertainment issues (F&B, Guest Services, Marketing & Revenue, Housekeeping, Maintenance, HR, Payroll, Marine, Security). Sandra also scheduled supplied and hosted all enrichment lecturers and meetings for length of stay as well as was responsible for maintaining local CBP laws.

Prior to their work with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., Sandra worked with the American Red Cross in Greater New York from November 2012 to November 2012 in a Mass Care Planning Support role for Hurricane Sandy Disaster Relief Operation.

Sandra Bednarz earned their B.S. in Hospitality Management and Event Production from the University of Central Florida. Sandra also studied abroad at the Université d'Angers in France, where they focused on tourism. Sandra is a Certified Meeting Planner through the Convention Industry Council.

Sandra Bednarz reports to Sunil Narang, President & CEO. They are on a team with Samuel Mueller - Chief Growth Officer, Vincent Vasina - Head of Design, and Imane Terrab - Chief Advisory Officer.
