Dave Klein

Dave Klein started their career at CNN in 1985 as an Editor/Producer. Dave worked on editing packages and game highlights, as well as producing sports cutins. In 1987, they joined WHOI-TV as a Photojournalist, where they worked until 1989. From 1989 to 1991, Dave worked as a Photojournalist at WWMT-TV. In 1991, they became a Freelance Videographer at WDIV/ClickOnDetroit/Graham Digital, and stayed there until 1995. Dave then joined WKBD-TV as a Videographer and worked there until 1999. In the same year, they started working at WXYZ-TV as a Photojournalist until December. Finally, in December 1999, Dave became the Chief Photojournalist at WDIV, where they have been working since. Dave describes himself as a storyteller, always working to expand opportunities for their team and make a difference in their viewer's lives.

Dave Klein attended Illinois State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. However, specific information regarding the start and end years of their education is not available.
