James Pepper has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a General Employee at Moe's Southwest Grill. James then worked as a Graphic Artist at The Graphic Cow Co. from 2013 to 2017, where they designed T-shirts and represented the company at job fairs. In 2014, James worked at Campus Banner + Design as a Designer/Team Leader/Social Media Intern, gaining experience in customer service, design, and production.

In 2017, James joined We Are Alexander as a Premedia Coordinator at Delhaize America, where they operated as a liaison between the two companies and collaborated with the client's design team. James later became an Account Manager, responsible for managing prepress cost estimates and being a site administrator for the client artwork review portal.
