Prior to this role, Jody held several key positions, including Talent Acquisition Lead at the Level Crossing Removal Project and Founder of Career Stuff. Jody's career includes experience in both advisory and leadership roles across diverse industries, emphasizing skills in talent attraction, recruitment process improvement, and team development. Educationally, Jody holds a Bachelor of Design from Canberra Institute of Technology.
