Jonna Robertson has been in the business world for over 15 years. In 2017, they began their role as a Strategy Consultant at Diagram, where they provided strategic leadership for a diverse portfolio of enterprise and Fortune 500 clients. Jonna developed and executed multiyear technical and operational roadmaps to accelerate digital transformation, provided strategic guidance in all areas of marketing and revenue operations, and led complex change within client organizations. From 2014 to 2017, they were self-employed as a Marketing Consultant. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Vice President of Marketing at the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. From 2004 to 2010, they were the Director of Marketing at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

Jonna Robertson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Northwestern University between 1995 and 1999. In 2017, they obtained an Instagram Formats certification from Facebook in March, an Inbound Certified certification from HubSpot Academy in October, and a Modern Art & Ideas certification from The Museum of Modern Art in February 2022.
