Alexander Svirin has over 10 years of work experience in various roles, primarily in software engineering and leadership positions. 🇺🇦 Alexander has a strong background in Ruby on Rails development.

🇺🇦 Alexander began their career in 2010 as a Ruby on Rails Developer at Spletnik d.o.o. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Web Developer at UnIT.

In 2012, Alexander joined Ciklum as a Ruby on Rails developer and later became a Ruby on Rails Team Lead. 🇺🇦 Alexander continued in this role at Karnov Group in 2013 and then moved to GlobalLogic in 2014.

In 2015, they joined Fyber as a Senior Ruby Developer, where they worked until 2016. 🇺🇦 Alexander then joined Finreach Solutions as a Senior Ruby Developer in 2016.

In 2017, Alexander took up the role of Lead Software Engineer at Circula and worked there until 2019.

In 2019, they joined We Are Era (formerly Divimove) as the Head of Engineering, where they currently works.
