Anna Schuller

Anna Schuller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in human resources and personnel development. Anna currently holds the position of Head of People at We Are Era, where they have been working since 2016. Prior to this, they worked as a Team Lead HR & Recruiting at the same company from 2018 to 2020. Before joining We Are Era, Anna worked as a Senior Manager HR & Recruiting at the company from 2016 to 2018.

Before their role at We Are Era, Anna gained experience as an HR Assistant at the Embassy of Canada | Ambassade du Canada from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Personnel Development Manager at RENAFAN GmbH from 2011 to 2013.

Anna's career began as a Student Services Associate at Hertie School of Governance from 2009 to 2011. Anna also gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at media consulta: world of ideas! in 2009.

Anna's earliest work experience was as a Receptionist at Crowne Plaza Amsterdam City Centre in 2005. Overall, their experience includes roles in HR, personnel development, and student services.

Anna Schuller attended the University of Potsdam from 2004 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Diplom-Kauffrau (Master Business Administration) with a focus on Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration). Additionally, they attended the Universitat de Barcelona from 2007 to 2008 to further their studies in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration).
