Julia Schmitz has a diverse work experience background. Julia started their career in 2013 at Inner Light Music Label & Publishing where they worked as a Redaktion & Social Media assistant. In 2015, they joined Hunkemöller International BV as a Beratung & Verkauf associate. Later that year, they joined FAIRRANK GmbH and held various positions including Praktikantin Marketing, Werkstudentin Marketing, Junior Marketing Managerin, and finally Marketing Managerin. Julia'sresponsibilities at FAIRRANK GmbH included organizing and managing trade shows and events. Currently, Julia is working at We Are Era as a Marketing & Communications Managerin and also served as a Marketing & Talent PR Managerin.

Julia Schmitz completed their Bachelor's degree in Medienwissenschaften/ -psychologie from the University of Cologne, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Inbound-Methodik and E-Mail-Marketing, from HubSpot Academy. Julia obtained the Email Marketing Certified certification from HubSpot in January 2020, and they achieved the Inbound-Methodik certification from HubSpot Academy in both January 2020 and February 2022.
