People and Culture Manager at We Are Futures

Olivia Sugg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as Bar Staff at The O2 until 2013. In 2015, they interned as an HR Intern at Red Funnel Group, where they received extensive sales and consultancy training. Olivia then joined Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust in 2016 as a Falls Administration Officer, where they managed staff records and served as a gatekeeper for queries. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Jones Knowles Ritchie as an HR Assistant, handling global HR queries and new starter administration. Olivia then took on roles at We are Futures, first as a People & Culture Officer from 2018 to 2020, where they developed engagement initiatives and conducted training and development initiatives. Later, they returned to We Are Futures in 2021 as a People and Culture Manager. In the same year, they also worked at Freeda Media as a People Partner.

Olivia Sugg's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Southampton, which they obtained between 2013 and 2016. Olivia then pursued further studies at ICS Learn, where they earned a Certificate in CIPD Human Resource Practice Level 3 from 2016 to 2017. Continuing their education in the field of Human Resource Management, Olivia attended West London College from 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a Diploma in CIPD Human Resource Management Level 5. Olivia recently completed their education at the University of Nottingham, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Workplace Health and Wellbeing between 2019 and 2021.
