Cathy Biggs has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2014, they worked as a Beauty Consultant at The Body Shop. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Barista at The Café in the Park. In 2016, they joined At Your Service Event Staffing as a Waitress/Bartender, and in 2017, they worked as a PAL Leader at Bournemouth University. From 2018 to 2019, they were an Account/Event Assistant at Story Events, where they worked on various events for clients such as Waitrose, Just Giving, and Deloitte International. In 2021, they started working at MBA Group Ltd, initially as a Social Media Coordinator, where they created engaging content for the company's social media platforms. Cathy also worked as an Events and Facilities Coordinator, organizing a range of events for MBA Group and its affiliated companies. Cathy then moved on to Hend House in 2021 as an Events Manager, where they set up a new events venue and managed bookings and client relationships. Currently, they are employed at Xi as an Account Executive, working with a team to create interactive experiences for events, attractions, and retail. Cathy has recently been promoted to Client Services Manager and will soon transition to the role of Project Manager.

Cathy Biggs obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Events Management from Bournemouth University from 2016 to 2020. Afterward, they pursued further education in the field of Health and Physical Education/Fitness, completing a Level 3 Specialist Diploma in Mat Pilates at Future Fit Training from 2020 to 2021. Prior to their university education, Cathy attended Sutton High School from 2009 to 2016, where they studied Maths, Drama, Psychology, and Economics. Alongside their education, Cathy also obtained various certifications and achievements, including the Global Engagement Employability Award and the Gold award from The Duke of Edinburgh's Award. Additionally, they earned certifications in Acting Grade 8 from LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art), a Driving Licence from the Driving Standards Agency, and a First Aid certification from St John Ambulance. Cathy also acquired several online certifications, including Customer Service Foundations, Enhancing Team Innovation, Leadership Strategies for Women, and Learning Canva, all obtained through LinkedIn.
