Chelsea Stonerock, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at We Are Rosie, where responsibilities include leading a comprehensive people strategy aligned with business objectives. Additionally, Chelsea manages venue operations at The Palm Mansion, enhancing event execution and client experiences. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter at Google through Purple, Rock, Scissors, and Director of People and Culture at 321 The Agency, where Chelsea focused on creating a diverse and engaging workplace culture. Chelsea's earlier career includes building an HR function at Purple, Rock, Scissors and working as a Brand & Values Copywriter at SPARK. Chelsea holds a BA in Art History and Classics from Rollins College and a BFA in Advertising Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
