Glisten Cieslak is an accomplished founder and principal at Assembly 7 since November 2020, leading a team of strategists and creatives to facilitate growth for partners. In addition to this role, Glisten serves as a consultant for WE ARE THE BOARD, a community focused on connecting companies with expert talent, and provides advisory support for pyrpose and Audigent. Previously, Glisten held the position of Interim Chief Growth Officer at Peeq, and was the Head of Strategy & Partnerships at FIMI Group LLC, an entertainment marketing agency. Glisten's extensive experience also includes roles at United Talent Agency as Head of Creative Agency Partnerships and at Siegel+Gale as Vice President of Business Development. Glisten earned a BA in Business Law from Loyola Marymount University and attended the University of California, Santa Cruz.
