Leon Franz

Leon Franz is a seasoned professional in strategy and transformation, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Horváth Middle East since March 2022. Previously, Leon held various consulting roles within Horváth and worked as a Business Consultant for Strategy & Corporate Development at Hansgrohe Group from November 2020 to February 2022. Leon's early career includes positions at EY-Parthenon and EY, focusing on strategy within the chemicals sector, as well as working student roles at ZSW and Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, where contributions were made to projects in fuel cell technology and polymer recycling. Leon's military service as a member of the German Army from October 2013 to August 2015 complements an academic background with dual degrees in Chemistry and Management from Ulm University, culminating in a Master of Science achieved in 2020.
