Jasper Karsten

Jasper Karsten is a seasoned freelance coach, trainer, and teacher at We Are WHY since April 2023, co-founding the business with a focus on innovation and connection. Prior experience includes roles as a trainer, talent connector, and marketing strategist at Young Colfield from August 2020 to April 2023, where Jasper specialized in training related to communication, design thinking, and team-building while also conducting job interviews and coaching sessions. Previously, Jasper worked as a business developer at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., organizing SCRUM teams and international events, and achieved recognition as a runner-up in the Sustainable Business Challenge with SustainableMotion. Academic credentials include two Master's degrees in Business Administration and Social, Health & Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and Utrecht University, respectively, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
