Barbara Aimé

Head of Customer Success at Welink

Barbara Aimé has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Barbara started their career as a Sales Associate at Bijouterie Jean Delatour in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Barbara then joined SHIVA as a Customer Service Executive from 2009 until 2013. Barbara later worked as a Real Estate Advisor at Century21 for a brief period in 2013. After that, they joined CM MEDIA as a Sales Manager and remained with the company from 2014 to 2017. Following this, Barbara worked at BPM Media as the Head of Customer Retention from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Success at Welink, starting in February 2019.

Barbara Aimé has a diverse education history. In 2018 to 2019, they attended Enaco and completed a Master 2 (M2) degree in Management et Stratégie d'Entreprise. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2008, Barbara studied at ISEFAC Bachelor, an école de management, commerce, marketing, et communication, where they obtained a BTS management des unités commerciales. Barbara began their educational journey in 2004 and completed it in 2006 at lycée privé Jean-Baptiste de la Salle, where they earned a Baccalauréat in sciences et technologies tertiaires, specializing in Action Communication Commerciale.
