Regent-electrical, Mechanical, And Integration Technician Positions (3-6 Months Contract)

Regent is seeking skilled technicians for various roles, including Electrical Technician, Electrical Harness Technician, Electromechanical Technician, Integration Technician, and Mechanical Technician. These positions are offered as 3–6-month contracts, with the potential to convert to full-time.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems
• Building and assembling wiring harnesses
• Supporting equipment and process changes through mechanical and electrical testing
• Integrating and troubleshooting complex systems
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Mechanical, Electrical, Integration, or Avionics technician
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• Proficiency in reading and understanding detailed schematics, technical drawings, manuals, and reports
• Experienced with standard hand tools and measuring devices (multimeter, calipers, crimp tools, etc.)
• Experience with Maritime and/or Aerospace test and safety practices.
• Experience with fabrication and integration
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with high power, high voltage electrical systems
• Familiarity with soldering (per IPC-A-610 and IPC 7711/21)
• Experience with energy storage systems such as Lithium-Polymer or Lithium-Ion batteries
• Familiarity with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Technical certificate or diploma
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
