Scott Hale joined Ciner as VP of Business Development and Initiatives in January 2020, focusing on building a new division for the organization and driving the company’s expansion program to meet commitments to their business, investors, and shareholders. This new alignment will leverage their business transformation progress, accelerate growth, and drive performance.
Formerly, Scott served as Vice President of Business Development with consulting firms building and leading project execution teams over $4 billion in CAPEX. He has 25+ years of industry experience managing teams across North America involved in permitting, designing, and constructing large projects and loading and unloading various liquid bulk, dry bulk, and gas products such as LPG propane, crude, refined, and polypropylene products.
Mr. Hale studied at the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
