Steve Tatum

Steve Tatum has extensive experience in maintenance and management within the mining and construction industries. Currently serving in Surface Maintenance at Ciner Resources since November 2018, Steve previously held roles as Supervisor/Manager at Apache Builders LLC, overseeing supply and scheduling operations for coal and trona mines. Steve's entrepreneurial spirit was exemplified during tenure as Owner/Manager at High Country Industries, where responsibilities included hiring professional craftsmen and managing employee performance. Additional experience includes positions as Shop Manager at Morgantown Machine and Swanson Industries, as well as roles in maintenance and electrical work at Arch, Arco, and Coastal States Energy. Steve Tatum holds an Associate's degree in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting Failures from Snow College and further education from Western Wyoming Community College.
