Efrat Barit currently serves as the COO and Smart City Lead at Ford Motor Company, overseeing operations and strategic partnerships at the Ford Research Center in Israel, focusing on various cutting-edge domains such as autonomous driving and smart cities. Additionally, Efrat Barit is a volunteer Entrepreneurship Program Manager at WE - Women Entrepreneurship, an organization dedicated to empowering female students and graduates. Previously, Efrat Barit held the position of Managing Director at HiCity, where significant growth in applicant numbers was achieved through strategic partnerships and program development.
