Andrew Goldman

Andrew Goldman currently serves as Associate General Counsel at Wealth Partners Capital Group, LLC since August 2022, following a role in a similar capacity at Acquco, where Andrew was the first legal hire responsible for developing legal processes. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, focusing on merger and acquisition transactions, and as a Private Equity Legal Secondee at Apollo Global Management Inc. Andrew's early career involved positions at UBS Wealth Management and Goldman Sachs, where Andrew honed skills in financial analysis and trade support. Andrew holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a B.A. in History and Financial Economics from Vanderbilt University.
