Jenni Davenport

Jenni is the Chief Operating Officer at WealthCounsel and an estate planning attorney. In her role, Jenni works with leaders across the company to ensure efficient internal operations. Prior to becoming COO, Jenni was the Vice President of Software Solutions and Editor in Chief where she was responsible for product strategy decisions and the drafting content of WealthCounsel’s software solutions.

Prior to joining WealthCounsel, Jenni worked in small firms in and around Salt Lake City for almost a decade, focusing on estate planning, trust administration, and probate, with an emphasis on gift and estate tax issues for high net worth clients. While searching for a drafting solution, Jenni discovered WealthCounsel and joined the team as an associate editor in 2019. She began her legal career as a law clerk and bailiff for a state trial court judge in Provo, Utah and then spent a year as a deputy prosecutor in Payette County, Idaho before switching to private practice.

Jenni obtained her law degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and is licensed in Utah.
