Paige Ditzler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Paige started their professional career as a Dance Instructor and Receptionist at Tricia Sloan Dance Center, LLC in 2009 and worked there until 2016. During this time, they also worked as an Elementary School Teacher and Education Assistant at Cherry Hill Public Schools from 2014 to 2017. Paige then joined the Washington Twp School District as a Teacher from 2017 to 2019. In 2016, Paige worked as an Online English Teacher at 51Talk China and continued until 2019. From 2018 to 2019, they also worked as a Teacher at First Methodist Korean Church of Cherry Hill. In 2017, Paige started freelance work as a Copywriter at PG Copywriting and Tutored independently. In 2019, they became a Teacher/Aide at Collingswood Public Schools. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as an Online English Teacher at Qkids and is currently employed as a Customer Success Salesforce Admin at WealthHub Solutions, Inc starting from December 2020.

Paige Ditzler's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Kingsway Regional High School, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Paige then went on to attend Rowan College at Gloucester County from 2009 to 2011, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Education.

In 2011, Paige enrolled at Rowan University and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing Arts and Elementary Education in 2014.

Paige also obtained several additional certifications throughout their education and career. In 2020, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and obtained the Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist certification from Trailhead by Salesforce. Paige also earned the Security Specialist certification from Trailhead by Salesforce. In 2022, they became a Salesforce Certified Associate, and they hold a New Jersey Standard Teaching Certificate as well as a Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) certification from the International Open Academy.
