Souta Yamaji

Souta Yamaji began their work experience in 2008 at Recruit Jobs Co., Ltd, where they held multiple roles including Advertising Sales, Sales Agency Supervisor, Manager of Sales Administration, and Manager of Sales Agency Administration. In 2014, they joined Recruit Career Co., Ltd. as a Manager of Strategy Development. In 2019, they moved to WealthPark Co., Ltd. as the Manager of Business Development in the SaaS Department, and later became the Director of Business Development in the same department. In 2023, they assumed the role of SVP of Corporate Planning and SVP of Business Development. Their tenure at these companies demonstrates their expertise in corporate planning, business development, and strategy development.

Souta Yamaji completed their undergraduate degree in the field of Business Management from Ritsumeikan University between the years 2004 and 2008. Souta then pursued further education at GLOBIS University - Graduate School of Management, earning a Master's degree in Business Administration from 2013 to 2016.
