Tobias-Gian Kürzdörfer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tobias-Gian has recently worked as a People and Culture Manager - Recruiting at wealthpilot, where they focused on recruiting, rebuilding the marketing team, and establishing various processes. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Weber Shandwick, managing recruiting for all four locations in Germany. Tobias-Gian also has experience as a Talent Researcher/Recruiter at Avantgarde Gesellschaft für Kommunikation mbH and as an Account Management Intern at thjnk. In addition, they have worked as a Werkstudent in Market Research at Streetspotr, in Marketing & Business Development at Juntidos, and as a Verkaufsmitarbeiter at E. Breuninger GmbH & Co. Tobias-Gian has also completed an internship at ZOLLHOF - Tech Incubator.

Tobias-Gian Kürzdörfer attended Hochschule Mittweida from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Wirtschafts- und Werbespychologie. Following this, they enrolled at FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
