Courtney McGrath

Courtney McGrath, CFA, currently serves as a Securities Lending Trader at Wealthsimple since February 2023. Prior to this role, Courtney held multiple positions at Scotiabank from August 2018 to February 2023, including Associate Director, Associate, and Analyst within the Corporate Derivative Products Group, as well as participating in the Sales and Trading Rotational Analyst program. Additionally, Courtney completed an internship as a Debt Capital Markets Analyst at Scotiabank in 2017. Earlier experience includes serving as Head Director at Science Quest, overseeing a team focused on STEM education, and working as an Instructor, developing engaging workshops for youth. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Biomechanical Engineering from Queen's University, completed in 2018.
