Frances Policarpio

Frances Policarpio currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards at Wealthsimple since October 2023, following a decade of progressive roles at Mercer from May 2013 to October 2023, culminating as Principal Consultant and Executive Remuneration Solution Lead for Canada. Frances began the career at Mercer as a Consulting Analyst and advanced through various positions, including Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant. Frances holds a degree in Commerce, specializing in Finance & Economics and Management Strategy, from the Rotman Commerce program at the University of Toronto, completed in 2014.
