Victoria Hale

Victoria Hale serves as the Director of Neobanking Strategy & Payments Legal at Wealthsimple, a role held since August 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at Wealthsimple, and as an Associate and Student at Law at Stikeman Elliott LLP from May 2016 to November 2020. Victoria’s legal career was preceded by a summer stint at KPMG Law LLP and a talent acquisition internship at Hudson's Bay Company, where recruitment initiatives for the Executive Training Program were implemented. Additionally, Victoria co-founded BetterU, serving as Chief Operating Officer, and was selected for The Next 36, an entrepreneurship initiative. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and an Honours Specialization in History from Western University.
