Jeff Aiken Cqe

Jeff Aiken has extensive work experience in the quality assurance and continuous improvement field. Jeff started their career as a Quality Assurance Chemist at Total Lubricants USA in 1987 and held various managerial roles, including Technical Services Director and Manager of Quality & Support Services. In these positions, they were responsible for developing and implementing quality and environmental systems, managing process optimization, and overseeing product supply. Jeff also served as the Laboratory Manager at WearCheck USA, where they managed a commercial laboratory specializing in condition monitoring of lubricants and fluids. Most recently, they held the role of Director of Quality Assurance at WearCheck USA, where they led the quality assurance function for the company. Overall, Jeff has a strong background in quality management, process improvement, and laboratory operations.

Jeff Aiken CQE, CQA, CQPA has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government from St. Andrews University (1979-1983). Jeff also holds several certifications including Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Process Analyst (CQPA), and ISO/IEC 17025 Lead Assessor. Jeff Aiken has also received various certificates in process management, Six Sigma Green Belt, manager of environment, safety & health, and industrial hygiene technician.
