Juhani Sihvonen

Juhani Sihvonen started working as a Developer at Aditro in May 2014. In this role, they were responsible for full stack development and also served as a Scrum Master. Juhani worked on projects such as Aditro Verkkopalkka, Aditro Integration Services, and Aditro Connect. Additionally, they designed and implemented the Verkkopalkka mobile application eLiksa for Android, iOS, and Windows 10 mobile. Juhani joined Adafy Oy in March 2018 as a Software Developer, where they built software running in Azure using ASP.NET Core 2.0. Later in the same year, they moved to WeAre Solutions Oy, taking on the role of a Senior Software Developer. Juhani worked on Renta projects, where they successfully built a modern construction equipment rental system called "Renta Easy" that integrated into different ERP systems in multiple countries. Juhani also played a crucial role in transforming product vision and epics into actionable items. In May 2021, they became a Board Member at WeAre Solutions Oy.

Juhani Sihvonen pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the University of Jyväskylä from 2011 to 2016. Following this, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2016.
