Greg Guidolin

Greg Guidolin is currently the VP of Customer Success at Alef. Prior to this, they were with RealWear, Inc. from July 2017 to November 2019 where they served as Vice President of Solution Partner Program & PMO and Chief of Staff. In this role, they were responsible for creating and scaling the RealWear Assisted-Reality Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner Program Management Office & ecosystem from 3 to 100+ global ISVs in 24 months. This required working closely with RealWear sales, sales engineers, support, engineering, product, legal and ISV executive management to ensure the existence of strong partnerships and customer solutions.

Under Greg's leadership, the solution-partner PMO grew to manage 100+ ISVs. This included presenting the RealWear partner program to ISV executives & senior managers, creating & presenting scorecards & metrics, managing/resolving business & technical needs, reporting detailed partner status, leading joint RealWear/Partner reviews, etc. All of this was done in order to ensure that RealWear and solution partners achieved their technical and business goals.

Greg also led RealWear sales, sales engineers, support, engineering, product and legal teams through new product phase/gate process to deliver the industry leading HMT-1/-1Z1 Android devices. Additionally, they were responsible for leading E-Staff meeting reporting and facilitation, and managing S&OP, BOM, Type Approval processes. Thanks to Greg's dedication and hard work, RealWear was able to establish itself as a leader in the industry.

Greg Guidolin has a Bachelor's degree in Business & Information Sciences (Software Engineering) from Western Illinois University. Greg then went on to get their Master's in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. Greg also has an Advanced Certificate in Project Management from DePaul University and a Certificate of Completion in Advanced Project Portfolio Management & The PMO training from Kendall & Rollins. Greg is also certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Greg Guidolin reports to Ganesh Sundaram, Founder, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Steven Spencer - Co-Founder, Chief Administrative Officer, Jeff Tennery - Chief Operating Officer, and Stephan Massalt - SVP, Service Management Operations.
