Aaron Mills is a seasoned professional in technology and operations consulting with extensive experience in managing global strategic partnerships and leading high-performing teams. Currently serving as Senior Manager at AMS since November 2019, Aaron oversees the delivery of complex technology projects, encompassing project management, process design, change management, and budget tracking. Prior to this role, Aaron spent a decade at Pontoon Solutions in various capacities, including Manager of Technology & Operations Consulting and Global Corporate Systems Manager, where responsibilities ranged from managing HRIS & ATS changes to overseeing the global Salesforce platform. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from The University of Toledo.
