Anand V Rao

Anand V Rao currently serves as the Executive Director at AMS since July 2024, overseeing implementation operations and initiatives for the team in India. Anand engages as a pro-bono trainer with The CADET Program, providing development and employability training for cadets since February 2020. Previous roles include Head of MSP at Quess Corp Limited, Project Manager for Implementations at Magnit, and Head of Operational Excellence and Strategy for India at Allegis Global Solutions, among others. Anand has extensive experience in project management, operational reviews, and process improvement across various organizations, including KellyOCG, IBM, Randstad India, AOL, and Maini Materials Movement Pvt Ltd. Anand holds a specialization in Strategy and Leadership from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (2020) and a degree from National College (1990-1993).
