Binoy Varghese

Binoy Varghese has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, currently serving as Director at AMS since January 2018. Previously, Binoy held the position of Executive Director at Viacom18 Media Private Limited from November 2015 to January 2018 and was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Infosys BPO from July 2010 to November 2015, overseeing recruitment for multiple locations. Prior roles include Manager of Talent Acquisition at Hutchison 3 Global Services and Genpact, where responsibilities included handling campus recruitments and managing hiring relationships. Binoy began a career in operations at GE Money and GECIS, progressing from Process Developer to Assistant Manager. Educational qualifications include a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Com from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
