Charlotte Hillen is a seasoned Senior Talent Intelligence Consultant and Principal Insights Consultant at AMS, with extensive experience providing strategic recruitment insights for notable organizations, including DWF, Deloitte, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and Rolls-Royce. Charlotte has utilized quantitative methods to support senior stakeholders in data-driven recruitment planning since joining AMS in May 2019. Prior roles include Lead Market Insights Consultant and Senior Sourcing Specialist. Charlotte holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Business Law from Queen's University Belfast and a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics from Ulster University.
