Cori Tesar

Cori Tesar is an experienced professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in the Executive PMO & Strategic Programs at AMS since August 2022, focusing on Continuous Improvement strategies and Program Management for Marriott Franchise. Tesar has a diverse background, having held senior leadership roles in client services for Delta Air Lines and Signature Aviation, where innovative problem-solving strategies and training initiatives were implemented to enhance operational performance. Tesar also has extensive experience in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, managing a team of over 60 and overseeing preventive health clinics. Previous roles include Continuous Improvement Manager at Textron Aviation, where enterprise-level projects were managed, and Athletic Trainer at Mid-America Orthopedics. Tesar holds a PhD (candidate) in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Ergonomics and Human Factors from Wichita State University, alongside various certifications in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
