Eileen Bell

Eileen Bell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in credit management and financial oversight, currently serving as the Head of Global Credit Control at Alexander Mann Solutions since September 2006. Overseeing a global team of 18, Eileen is responsible for all aspects of collections across multiple regions including EMEA, APAC, US, LATAM, and Australia, as well as management reporting to the board. Prior roles include Credit Manager at Reliance Human Resources, where Eileen successfully reduced DSO and 90-day debt significantly, and various positions at SThree plc, including Group Payroll Manager and Global Sales Ledger Manager, demonstrating expertise in team leadership, compliance, and financial reporting. Eileen's career commenced at Challenger as a Credit Manager, where foundational skills in credit analysis, risk assessment, and policy development were established.
