Gosia Leśniak

Gosia Leśniak is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and client services, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) since August 2005. With a robust background in managing EMEA delivery teams and client engagement, Gosia has held various leadership roles, including Client Director and Head of Client Services. Gosia has led innovative service offerings such as Resourcing Augmentation and Sourcecloud across Europe, adapting to clients' dynamic needs in sectors including IT, finance, banking, pharma, and retail. Prior experience includes a staffing management role at Novartis and leadership positions at AMS with Citi and Amnesty International. Gosia holds a degree from Jagiellonian University, completed in 2006.
