Marek Lichnowski possesses extensive experience in various roles within business operations and finance management. Beginning with a position as a Back Office Clerk at Work Service S.A./Telekomunikacja Polska S.A., Marek advanced to IBM as an AP/AR Accountant, where responsibilities included processing invoices and training new team members. Through subsequent positions at UBS, Marek honed skills in project management, team leadership, and analytics, eventually becoming the Innovation Head of Business Operations at AMS.
