Mike Gibbons

Mike Gibbons is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the recruitment and guest services sectors. Currently serving as the Recruiting Team Lead for Delta TechOps at AMS since July 2012, Mike oversees scale recruiters and coordinators while leading PFE and FTE hiring efforts. Previous roles include Senior Recruiter and Principal Specialist at Bank of America, emphasizing compliance and offer management, along with various recruitment positions across multiple organizations including Sears Holdings Corporation and Novartis/Sandoz. Mike also engages in guest relations at the Cleveland International Film Festival and managed operations at the BorderLight Theatre Festival. A graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College with a BA in Broadcasting, Mass Communication, and Marketing, Mike brings a diverse skill set and a commitment to excellence in all endeavors.
