Nikki Hall

Nikki has over 25 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Her area of expertise is developing a strategic talent program that is integrated with the corporate strategy. Nikki has worked closely with the private equity sponsors and Boards of Directors, as well as serving as Secretary of the Compensation Committee.

Prior to joining AMS, Nikki was Chief People and Transformation Officer at StudyGroup. Her leadership role focused on people and transformation programs that enabled the organization to achieve its goal of being the strategic partner to universities, delivering value through global education solutions.

She has previously held CHRO roles with the workforce software provider, HotSchedules, workforce learning organization, TwentyEighty and talent technology provider SHL. As Founder and Managing Director of consulting firm Xceleration Partners, she assisted a number of private equity funds to managing the acquisition and integration of their portfolio companies.

Early in her career she worked in Human Resources at the University of Iowa, Glenayre Technologies and CarMax. Nikki holds a BBA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Iowa and is a member of SHRM.
