Patrick Lockhart currently serves as Client Partner - Global in Assessment Advisory at AMS since March 2015, with additional roles including Global Head of Assessment & Development Consulting (maternity cover) and Consulting Partner EMEA. Prior to AMS, Patrick held the position of Senior Psychologist at Capita People Development from August 2012 to March 2015, and worked as Senior Assessment Consultant at TMP Worldwide UK from May 2011 to August 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as Outplacement Manager at Reed Transition Services from January 2008 to May 2010. Patrick holds an MA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Glasgow and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Queen's University Belfast.
