Rituraj Biswas

Rituraj Biswas is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment management, currently serving as Deputy General Manager - Global Talent Acquisition at AMS since June 2025. Prior to this role, Rituraj held the position of Vice President at iPlace from January 2017 to June 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing enterprise-level clients and leading various hiring services across multiple regions including North America, EMEA, APAC, and India. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Recruitment, managing large teams, and ensuring high-performance outcomes, as well as roles in account management and recruitment. Rituraj's educational background includes a PGDM in Human Resources Management and Services from Welingkar Institute of Management, and an Engineer’s Degree in civil engineering from Poornima University.
