Rob Nurminen

Rob Nurminen currently serves as the Head of Data Enablement & Intelligence at AMS since July 2025. Previously, Rob held the position of Director, Data Architecture at Dayforce from February 2024 to August 2025, as well as a similar role at Ceridian from February 2014 to February 2024. Rob's expertise includes Microsoft Power BI and Azure Synapse, among other skills. Prior to these positions, Rob worked at Ceridian in various roles, including Director of End User Services and Sr. Manager of Corporate Applications, and served as an Internal Auditor at Provident Funding Associates L.P. Rob holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
