Tiara Lim

Tiara Lim is a skilled Project Manager at AMS since November 2021, specializing in implementation and transformation consulting for talent solution delivery, and also serves as a global virtual trainer. Previously, Tiara worked at Pontoon Solutions as a Program Manager for the APAC region from July 2018 to October 2021, managing strategic operations in consumer products and retail, along with overseeing MSP operations in South East Asia within the FMCG sector. Tiara has experience as a Regional HR Business Partner at URBAN REVIVO and as a Human Resources Executive at Marks and Spencer, focusing on business partnering and operational efficiency. Tiara holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Finance from RMIT University and is a graduate of Dunman High School.
