Shey Cowan

Shey Cowan currently serves as the Director at Castle, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Shey held the role of Vice President of Capitol Projects at K&K Inc. from January 2022 to July 2024, overseeing all operations for capital construction projects and holding multiple state licenses. Prior to that, Shey accumulated extensive experience at Enerpipe Ltd. from March 2008 to January 2022, ultimately serving as Division Manager while bidding and managing oil and gas industry construction projects. Earlier in the career, Shey worked in various capacities, including Superintendent and Project Manager roles at Precision Horizontal LLC and as an Electrician at Jim Walters Res. Educational qualifications include studies at Shelton State Community College from 2005 to 2006.
