Gerry Schneider

Gerry Schneider is currently the VP Events at WeAreDevelopers. Gerry has over 10 years of experience in event management and tourism.

Gerry started their career in event management at NetHotels AG in 2002, where they were promoted to Manager Reservations & Special Projects. In 2007, they left NetHotels to join 123Consulting Wien.Berlin as Tourismus & Eventmanager. Gerry was later headhunted by the University of Vienna in 2008, where they became Bereichsleiter Kongress- & Tagungsservice / Department Head Congress Services.

Gerry has been with WeAreDevelopers since 2020 and has been instrumental in planning and executing successful events.

Gerry Schneider has a academic background in Business Administration and Management from the Universität für Weiterbildung Krems. Gerry also has a diploma in Eventmanagement and Eventmarketing from the Wirtschaftsförderungsinstitut der Wirtschaftskammer Wien (WIFI).
