We are Groundswell, the new name of OC Human Relations Council! Our mission: Bringing diverse people together to build a more equitable future. To realize our vision, we provide proactive, inter-group relations and violence prevention programs in schools and communities. These programs are provided in partnerships with individuals, corporations, schools, cities and foundations. The goal is to eliminate prejudice, intolerance and discrimination.
