Abbi Ross

Abbi Ross is a marketing writer and editor at Moore since May 2024, bringing extensive journalism experience from various roles. Previously, Abbi served as a reporter for The Howard Center for Investigative Journalism, where analysis of court cases and FOIA requests were key responsibilities. Abbi's background also includes an internship at The Chronicle of Higher Education, covering higher education issues, and experience as a reporter at Southwest Times Record, focusing on local government and community features. Abbi's early journalism career included serving as Editor in Chief at The Arkansas Traveler, managing a substantial staff during the pandemic while enhancing the paper's online presence, and various reporting roles, including coverage of homelessness and local protests. Educationally, Abbi holds a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from the University of Arkansas.
