Karen Weil

Karen Weil has over 20 years of experience in supply chain management, with extensive expertise in procurement and environmental sustainability. Karen served as the Director of Procurement at IWCO Direct for over 21 years, where they led teams to identify cost-effective and environmentally friendly solutions. In their current role as Vice President Supply Chain Services at Moore, Karen collaborates across the organization to achieve supply chain excellence and drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes. Karen believes in the importance of maintaining a strong supply chain to support direct marketing initiatives and fundraising efforts.

Karen Weil obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Industrial Relations from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
